Ida Jacobsen

Senior Employer Branding Consultant LinkedIn

Ida Jacobsen works with Employer Branding and university partnerships at Deloitte. Ida spearheads Deloitte Denmark’s talent communication and leads strategic projects such as the ChangeChallenge as part of Deloitte’s life-long learning strategy. She has been involved in the ChangeChallenge/Change21 since 2022.

Hjalte Gutzon Børglum

Programme Coordinator LinkedIn

Hjalte has a background in Communication and will oversee the program activities and design. With a keen interest in the in the unspoken and facilitation, he is a supporting the program as well as communication activities. He helps with the coordination of activities and help to make the programme run smoothly.

    As the founder of the ChangeChallenge/Change21, and years of experience working with students, Janie understands the importance of being able to adapt to the constant changes. As a certified specialist, Janie manages and leads Insights Discovery sessions for diverse teams, including the teams from the Copenhagen Business School participating in global competitions. As a Team and Case Coach, Janie has in-depth experience analysing and coaching high-performance teams, in addition leaning on 9 years of leadership experience herself.
