The Grand Finale
By the end of your journey through the Change Challenge we will return to where it all began at Deloitte, where your team will present one final time.
After the sessions you will have some weeks with your team to finalise your presentation for the case you were introduced to in the first session. At the grand finale at Deloitte, a judging panel will assess the idea, the argumentation, the implementation and the impact and chose a winner.

There will be a panel of various experts to judge and to provide feedback.
We previously had:
Anders Dons (CEO of Deloitte Nordic)
Inger Askehave (Vice President of CBS)
Ashlea Wellington (Director of CSE)

All participants will gain something from this programme, but as the learning format mimics that of a case competition the group with the best proposed solution will be named winners.

CBS is known to have a strong Case Team, that competes on the international stage. Throughout the programme, some of these case students will help and guide you on how apply the techniques they use in their high-performance teams.
Over 150 students have already completed this programme!
