The programme runs over a 2-month periode from October to November. Each month will bring a new workshop with a new challenge!

Learning formats and outputs

+ Case Based Learning 

Case Based Learning engage students in real life cases and problems. It opens up for unique discussions which often have roots in real life problems and challenges. Case Based Learning mimics how individuals would come to together to tackle a case differently.  

+ Insight Discovery Preference 

Insight Discovery is a preference test, which is used by the International Case Team at Copenhagen Business School to understand how different teammates/Co-workers work in a high-performance team. Awareness of your strengths and weaknesses is essential to perform well in diverse teams.  

+ Pitching 2.0  

The pitch workshop aims to strengthen the confidence when presenting. 
To strengthen the presenting skills, the workshop will work on slide deck building, how to stand on stage, classical pitfalls and common speaking mistakes.  

+ Agile

Introduction to Agile project management provides students with a toolbox for working efficiently in a team, based in the agile methodology. The course focuses on how agile methods can be used as an accelerator in any kind of project and is not limited to a specific framework.

+ Ideation

The workshop will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of innovation fundamentals. We will begin by introducing you to one of Monitor Deloitte’s main frameworks, the 10 types of innovation, and then explore a case study where we will apply these principles to real-world scenarios. The session will conclude with a pitch session where you will have the opportunity to showcase your innovation skills to the wider team.

+ Self-Leadership

This workshop focuses on understanding and authorises yourself – how to stay motivated, take ownership, and support your role throughout the Change Challenge journey.This workshop focuses on understanding and authorises yourself – how to stay motivated, take ownership, and support your role throughout the Change Challenge journey. It’s a reflective and empowering session designed to help you strengthen both your mindset and your colaboration skills, while givng you skills you can apply throughout your career.

+ Responsible Lens

This session will show how responsibility and sustainability shape your Change Challenge journey. We’ll explore why these principles matter and how a responsible mindset can drive innovation and better decision-making. You’ll discover practical ways to integrate sustainability into your solutions, ensuring they create positive impact for both your organization and the wider community.

Change Challenge is the opportunity to create a network of peers with diverse backgrounds and learn how to make mistakes with your head held high. We are involving real-life companies to test new tools – a case competition format will be included in the finals and we will work with the case format in the workshops.
